Refunds shall not be provided for non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, or change of mind after commencement of the Service, except as provided under sub-clause (ii) above or as required under applicable law.
- (e) Refund Processing: Approved refunds shall be processed within 6 (six) to 8 (eight) business days and shall be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction, unless otherwise required by law. 18. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability
Participation in sports and physical activities, including but not limited to coaching sessions, academy training, tournaments, practice matches, fitness programs, and recreational play facilitated through the Platform, involves inherent, foreseeable, and unforeseeable risks. Such risks may arise from physical exertion, use or misuse of equipment, condition of playing surfaces or facilities, weather conditions, actions or omissions of other participants, coaches, referees, spectators, venue operators, or other third parties, and other circumstances beyond the control of SFL. These risks include, without limitation, minor injuries, serious bodily injury, illness, fractures, sprains, concussions, permanent disability, property damage, emotional distress, and, in rare circumstances, death. By enrolling in an Academy, registering for a tournament, booking a venue, or otherwise participating in any physical activity facilitated through the Platform, You acknowledge that You fully understand the nature of such activities and the risks involved, and You voluntarily and expressly assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, inherent or otherwise.

Where such disclosure is answered in the affirmative, the participant or the Parent or Legal Guardian shall be required to furnish brief details of the relevant condition through the Platform, following which a representative of SFL or the relevant Academy, Tournament organizer, or venue partner shall contact the participant or the Parent or Legal Guardian to discuss the same. Participation in such cases shall be subject to SFL's, the Academy's, or the relevant partner's sole discretion, and may require execution of additional, specific consents and waivers as a condition of participation. You acknowledge and agree that any decision by SFL, an Academy, Tournament organizer, or venue partner to permit participation notwithstanding a disclosed medical condition, and any related consent or waiver executed in that regard, is based solely on the information provided by You and does not constitute a medical clearance, warranty, or assurance of fitness by SFL. Participation, whether or not undertaken pursuant to any such additional consent or waiver, remains entirely at Your own risk and at the sole risk of the participating Minor.
Where You or the participating Minor have declared, at the time of enrolment or otherwise, that no medical condition, illness, injury, allergy, or other relevant health-related history exists, and such declaration is subsequently found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or false, SFL shall bear no liability whatsoever for any injury, illness, aggravation of any pre-existing condition, or death arising from or in connection with such non-disclosure, and the same shall constitute a breach of these Terms for which You shall indemnify SFL for any losses in accordance with Clause 19 (Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability and Indemnity) below. SFL further reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without any obligation to refund fees paid, to suspend or terminate the participant's enrolment upon becoming aware of any such inaccurate, incomplete, or false disclosure.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless SFL, its Affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and authorized representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with participation in any such activity, except to the extent that such injury, loss, or damage is directly caused by the gross negligence or fraud of SFL, or to the extent such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law . This release applies to claims arising under contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.
Where the participant is a Minor, the Parent or Legal Guardian expressly consents to the Minor’s participation, acknowledges and accepts the risks described above on behalf of the Minor, and agrees to assume full responsibility for the Minor’s participation, conduct, and compliance with these Terms.

Without limiting the foregoing, the indemnification obligations under this Clause 19 shall extend to any injury, illness, loss, or liability arising from or in connection with any inaccurate, incomplete, or false disclosure of medical history or other health-related information provided by You or on behalf of the participating Minor in connection with enrolment in, or participation in, any Service.
