The document outlines the behavioral expectations for all students, athletes, and players participating in training and related activities. These guidelines are designed to promote safety, respect, discipline, and sportsmanship on the ground. Adherence to these expectations helps ensure a smooth and structured practice while fostering an environment of safety, dignity, mutual respect, learning, and to create an inclusive space for everyone. All participants are encouraged to follow these guidelines.
Participants and Players are expected to:
Conduct themselves with integrity, sportsmanship, and respect always—towards themselves, coaches, teammates, opponents, officials, parents, and volunteers.
Demonstrate kindness, courage, and character in all settings, especially during practices, competitions, and official events.
Maintain discipline and respect when a coach is speaking—no side conversations; listen attentively and use respectful language and tone.
Attend all practices regularly, arrive on time, participate actively, and maintain a positive attitude with cooperation and commitment. Attend all the sessions in the required sports kit.
Communicate responsibly with coaches by informing them in advance of any absence due to illness, medical appointments, academic commitments, or other valid reasons.
Refrain from any form of bullying or inappropriate, unsolicited behaviour, including physical, verbal, emotional, or digital actions that may harm, intimidate, humiliate, or discomfort others, as well as any unwanted physical contact.
Take responsibility for their personal belongings.
Immediately inform the coaches if feeling confused, unwell, anxious, nervous, or uncomfortable.
Follow all equipment guidelines—use equipment only when instructed, use equipment safely, respect academy property, and assist with setup and cleanup after practice. Do not destroy or damage the academy property.
Deposit all electronic devices, including phones, headphones, and smart watches, in the designated area before practice; usage of such devices during training is prohibited.
Uphold ethical conduct by not engaging in or encouraging malicious practices, including match fixing, using unfair means, or any activity that may harm the reputation of the student, team, academy, or institution.
Use social media responsibly and refrain from posting or sharing content that may negatively reflect on themselves, the team, or the academy. Avoid taking or sharing images or videos of others without their consent.
Treat all individuals with dignity and respect, regardless of race, gender, ability, religion, age, background, or identity.
Review and comply with all rules and guidelines related to tours, travel, and tournament participation, as and when applicable.
Actively promote the safety of all teammates by reporting unsafe conditions, including immediately reporting or intervening in cases of bullying, abuse, harassment, or the use of alcohol and prohibited substances.
Adhere to the Zero Tolerance Policy: Any form of bullying, harassment, abuse, discrimination, intimidation, misconduct, or unsafe behaviour—whether physical, verbal, non-verbal, gestural, or otherwise—including the use of toxic or prohibited substances, will not be tolerated. Any behaviour that compromises safety, dignity, or well-being may result in immediate disciplinary action.
